We believe in the power of prayer.
At Brookfield First, we know that prayer changes things. Let us know how we can pray for you, or share a praise report of what God has done for you in answer to pray.
Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us.
1 JOHN 5:14
Please pray for my husband Josh and our marriage. He is on the verge of leaving our family and ending our marriage. He believes that while he loves me, he is not in love with me and will never be again. He doesn’t want to try and fix it and believes that it cannot be fixed. He believes it is best for our family for us to be done. We have been married for 14 years and have 4 children together. He is in a very dark place spiritually, mentally and emotionally.
I’m in my last semester before graduating with a bachelor’s degree through the GI bill. I have credit card debt and financial difficulties that I’d like to ask for prayer for. Please pray that God will show grace and forgive me of all financial mistakes that led to this. Please pray that the Lord will completely forgive and remove my debt, and help me to start with a clean slate. I’m 34, haven’t been married, and I believe God is guiding me towards a relationship that may end in marriage. Since she lives 3 hours away, it costs money to visit her on Saturdays. Please pray for financial provision, because financial issues could hinder this. Pray that I will be financially prepared for the next step when I graduate. Also, pray for wisdom in managing finances well. Thanks for your prayers.
Please prayer for my sister’s friend Jean who is a Christian. She is having major marital problems with her unsaved husband who is very difficult to live with and refuses to talk to her. She unexpectedly lost her only son 2 years ago and now her only daughter, Kelly, is having having heart problems. Kelly goes for a special test soon, please pray for healing, a good report, and salvation. Jean said she won’t survive if she lost her daughter.
Also, please pray for Jean’s sister, Pat. She hurt her back (is out of work) and is in a good rehabilitation facility, but is making slow progress. The rehab facility told her that it’s not fast enough and want her to go to another facility. She’s very upset because she is making progress and doesn’t want to leave. Please pray for healing, salvation, finances, and that God will make a way for her to be where she will get the best care.
Thank you so much brothers and sisters. May God richly bless each and every one of you!
